[V8] Fault code 2341

I've used two in V8's and one in my 4kq. Use the one for a 1993 Ford F150
5.0L. I paid $45 for mine from Autozone. I also got the matching plug from a
Ford crown vic (the 4 wire connectors are all the same on the Fords). That
way, I just unplug and replug the replacement in the future.
