[V8] CKP, RPM sensor R&R help

Hey guys.  Does anybody have a procedure (maybe a link
to a page) on how to replace the crankshaft reference
sensor and RPM sensor on the V8?  Maybe a suggestion
on what tools to have on hand, and how much time I'll
need to complete the job, if possible.
