[V8] uncovered and exposed!

Buy several.  Once pried loose, they never go back on reliably.  I took the
one on V8 #1 off to use the tow hook to pull my 200q20v and start it after
the starter quit, and it fell out sometime thereafter.  The one in #2 was
held to the bumper by a little plastic chain so it wouldn't get lost when
it fell out.  I put it back in place several times and then cut the chain
so I could be sure the piece didn't get lost.  It's in the glove box.
