I did mine at 125K KM's (or 75K+ miles)
Everything was in good shape, probably could have gone another 100K.
Age plays a role in the Porsche 928 -> stress on the water pump bearing. I
had a 90S4 with 100,000 Km's and the water pump siezed. The owner replaced
the pump but said not to do the belt, which was put back on frayed, if you
can imagine. We drove the car 500 miles to get it to our place, then did
the rest of the job.
The Audi is a better setup from what I can see. But the pump or the
tensioner usually cause issues (from my experience over several cars) over
the actual belt. The belts are really tough. Try to break one!

60k for 3.6 liter cars, 75 for 4.2's
