[V8] Fault Code 2341

In the past, I've run with mine unplugged for months.
Depending on how well it ran and how good your fuel economy was before
you unplugged it, you may be better off with it unplugged. You
probably won't be better than optimal, but until you can get a new
sensor installed, there shouldn't be any problem leaving it unplugged.
