[V8] Fault code 2341

Thaks guys, I thought it should be okay to run with the 02 sensor disconnected 
for a while. It is certainly running better and fuel consumption has improved - 
maybe I have re-set the trip computer by mistake - but it's already reading 
15.9L/100km driving around last night when it was more than 20.0L/100km before 
(from 17 US mpg to 21 US mpg by my rough calculations).
