[V8] Still hanging

A few on the list know - I have developed a new passion lately. Loosely 
following Unka Bart's lead, my next ride will have 820 ft/lbs of torque. 
It needs it with a GVWR of 28,000 lbs...
A 1993 U280 Foretravel. 8.3 Cummins C, 300 hp.
Those in the know rank it below Newell and Prevost, but about even or 
slightly under a Bluebird.

'details'. And no, I didn't pay that much - close to 20% less incl tax, 
tag and license... One owner, doctor - traded for a new one. Color 
camera/LCD is $1100.00 to upgrade, as is the fridge - which is 4 months 
old. Satellite system is about $2200.00.
Low book is $70K. Ave Retail $85K, orig price $295K - in 1993!

Now all I gotta do is learn how to drive it. Considered selling the V8 
fer 1/2 a sec. Nahhhh.
Flying to Texas in 2 weeks to bring it home.
