[V8] Real world V8 mpg

I have a 3.6l and average 15.5 mpg on the computer, but see very little
highway miles (I live 3 miles from work).
As a side note, I think I still have a vacuum leak somewhere (which
causes poor mileage) because after a while, I hear a whoosh noise and
loose the vents at dash level... Pressing 'low' and then 'auto' always
brings them back though :-)

Subject: [V8] Real world V8 mpg
Unka Bart wrote that 18 MPG for the V8 is not very good, but what is the
real world MPG for an automatic tranny on a V8 in good running condition
(no flaky O2 or engine sensors). This would be normal driving in city
and
highway with my Speed Racer mentality carefully suppressed ;^D
