[V8] Regular Gas-Not

I got consistently 22-24 MPG on 93 RON premium on the 90 V8 over 200k miles.
In winter it dropped to 18-19.  This is calculated, not based on the
computer which is generous to say the least.  I maintained meticulous
records and drove conservatively.  Kept the car maintained.  Even a drop to
92 RON was noticeable in the cars "happiness" factor.
