[V8] What is it about this car?

It's now in Baltimore.  I drove it down last weekend.  It needs a few 
things, but nothing major (as far as I can tell).  Temp and gas gauge need 
fixed, and the climate control blower motor will need a R&R.  Also among 
consideration was an S6 Avant and 91 200 Avant (I wanted a wagon). The nice 
thing(s) about the V8 was the sports interior, 5-speed, documentation about 
2" thick, and upgraded front brakes (apparently some european S6 capiler 
over an A8 rotor).  I knew it had been converted from UFO, but was 
expecting the "downgraded" setup.  Came with a set of 16" wheels for winter 
use (some fairly well used Blizzak WS-15's on them now - necessary in 
Buffalo I imagine).

It's sitting next to a '90 V8 (black on grey), '86 5ktq (w/hitch), and '97 
5kt (parts car).  Wife says the parts car must go, and I'm not going to 
argue with her on that point.
