[V8] Steering rack q's

Hey Nate.  As a baseline, Blau has the non-servo for $300 and the
servotronic for $325 (both remanufactured).  As you know you can go
used (AudiConnection, Semple, etc), but I believe you can also buy a
rebuild kit and new boot; I think you just might be handy enough to
DIY, but if there isn't a huge price delta, I would go with a
remanufactured one ;-)

Not sure if Erickson Industries in CT sells reman ZF racks or not (I
know they do ZF transmissions)...  Might be cheaper to go through
them.
