[V8] Drippy oil pressure lines

That looks like a lot of sludge on the oil pump housing. Is that normal?
Mine has no sludge build up at all in the valve covers or oil pan. (~140K miles)

I use Chevron Delo 400 15W40 oil year 'round. I use this oil in all my cars.
