[V8] Windshield Wipers - Park Position?

This happened to me a few years ago - and all I did to fix it was remove the
wiper assembly and clean things up. As I recall, you can get to the stop switch
pretty easy to inspect. In my case, I think the main crank nut slipped a little.
I took a while to figure out how to mechanically align things - but it 'twernt
rocket science...
