Oh I'm sure there is, wasn't doubting that, just that it'll be lots easier
to find a shop that has installsed piles of cylinder sleeves, and knows
how to do them right. Not to mention the fact that, once sleeved,
piston/ring combos become much easier to source, at least in my
understanding.
