You can pick up an expansion tank for the V8 from bimmerparts, a worldpac dealer, for $55 plus shipping. I've haven't checked, but I'm pretty sure autohausaz can beat that price by a bit.

91V8 - now gets 20+ mpg with 80% highway and the rest in stop and go traffic with the freer flowing exhaust system.
