[V8] Gas hog V8s

I dunno, Kent, ol' compadre, but both of my 3.6 cars, the slush and the
'91 manual, got about 15 in mixed (mostly town) driving (said avg 16 on
the multifunction computer readout), while the Gentleman's Express
(4.2L manual) averages 12.4 with a light foot (confuser reads 13.0)
and 18.5 on the road, cruise set at 74mph. I'm thinking I might need
new plugs, but I'd still hazard a guess that the 4.2 is thirstier.
Even at $3/+gal, the 4.2 has sooooo much more zing that I wouldn't go
back to a 3.6 if it gave me 30 mph around town.
