It's a strange little buss-type fuse. I think Radio Snack has them in
their specialty drawers.
You'll need a set of tools like these:
http://www.thetoolwarehouse.net/shop/LIS-11770.html that can be made
from heavy wire hanger wires. Note the ball ends on the tools. You need a
good, heavy, hanger wire and it needs to be filed flat on the ends after
cutting with nippers. Pushing in the tools on each side displaces pieces
of springy metal with protrusions on them that grab the radio chassis. The
tools need some forcefulness applied.
