[V8] 90 V8 Bose rear amplifier recall?

That link was to a car stereo outfit that provided a really good
illustrated description of the V8 door panel removal.  However, their
website no longer provides that info directly.  You have to call them about
a repair and they'll tell you how to get to the illustrated description.  

Chris Miller's website on 200q20vs has a similar description of the process
but it's not quite as concise as the stereo outfits was.  See:
