Stop Leak...hmm, I'll let you know. Mom's 'new' V8 has a radiator core
leak. I guess it depends on how bad te leak really is. It is accesed
through both the firewall and from within the footwell/dash. And it's a bit
of a PITA (though I'll take it over a streeing rack any day). Look to the
writeup on Chris Miller's Site. He has a writeup fro the 200q20v - similar
to the V8: http://members.aol.com/c1j1miller/climate.html#Heater_blower

I do detect some coolant odor.... Does a can of radiator stop-leak help for
a heater core? I have replaced the main HVAC fan a while back, but do not
recall seeing the heater core.. Is it accessed through the fan direction, or
from within the footwell/dash?

I must say that these V8's really do better when used regularly! I have not
had any problems to speak of, and am up to 225K now, having owned it since
94K, over (3) years....

Thanks

SB
