[V8] 1990 V8 Quattro locks question

There's a fuse to check.  Not sure which one but had the same problem when I
got my '90 v8.

Hi folks,
   
  My brother in law's 1990 V8 doesn't have functioning locks.  The key locks
and unlocks the door (driver and passenger) but won't unlock the others.
Anyone have any experience?
