I highly doubt this scenario, when I first drove V8Q #2 the steering
wheel was jumping out of my hands when I applied the brakes.  Fixed it
with some "Italian tuneup" braking.  I can see some small pulsing if it
were just deposited material, but not what I and others have experienced
with UFO's.
