[V8] 4.2 V8Q at Winter Driving School

Can't turn the ABS off on the 4.2's.  They took that
option out, apparently.  Also, I thought it was
interested that the diff unlocks if the brake is
depressed - no left foot braking!  At least, that's
what it says in my manual...
