[V8] Replacement Battery and strange rumbling

Ed,

Without you being a bit more descriptive of the type of noise and whether
it's coming from "somewhere" in the rear or the right or left side (suggest
you have someone drive (chauffer) you around while you sit in the back and
listen, I can't give you an idea.  Could be anything from bushings to wheel
bearing(s)...
