[V8] Sticky Torque Converter Solenoid

When it's cold out if I let off the gas at certain times my torque
converter will hang like it's in sport mode or like I'm driving a stick. 
My multi function switch is in perfect adjustment. The tranny will not do
this for about the first 10 miles but then it'll do it for the first
couple of times when I let off the gas. Some moisture got under my mat and
froze it to the floor so I can't check the codes right now. Does this
sound like a sticky torque converter solenoid? Thanks, Bill
