[V8] Cold killing gas mileage

If the air temp is going to stay in the low twenties for a while, block off most
of the radiator with cardboard or something. The reduction in mileage has a lot
to do with the thermostat trying to keep the radiator at 90C.
This is exactly why you see radiator covers on all the diesel big rigs.
Just be sure to watch the temp guage closely.
