[V8] V8 stall downhill in gear

... I'm pretty skeptical here ... in an overrun situation the fuel
requirements are pretty minimal, if something were getting stuck to the
filter and blocking flow you'd have other problems ... like at WOT ... 

... plus there's the fact that in this situation ... assuming the RPMs
are high enough ... the ECU will deliberately stop fuel flow into the
engine ...
