[V8] transverse V8

I think Shawn's mention of the 3rd generation SHO is probably the best
place to look for ideas on intake/exhaust routing, since the chassis was
originally designed as a FWD that could take a 4 or 6 cylinder.

Probably easier to find a Caddy though...
