Rob,

I'm trying to identify a driveline shudder on mom's car, too -- but have my
hands full right now.  Here's the link on the IC fix I posted a few months
back (I know, it' low priority) -- it's an easy fix:

While not exactly the same problem as yours, you may find it to be the same
problematic area.  Can't comment on your other issues.
