If the ad didn't show a missing belt, as represented, then it would be hard 
to jump on the "him" band wagon.

The seller should use better documentation for his selling points.

As the ad is now, if the S/C WAS disconnected, the buyer would have no 
rescourse.
Not something any buyer of a $50,000 would expect.
