[V8] early SHO's

Yamaha was responsible for everything above the headgaskets.  Ford designed
and cast the block, then it was shipped to Yamaha to have the heads, intake
etc assembled, then it was shipped back to Atlanta for final assembly.

early 90's SHO's had a Yamaha V6, not V8.  Not until
the 3rd SHO did they swap to the V8....which was no
longer Yamaha built
