[V8] Major differences between 90, 91, 92 & 93 Model Years of the V8Q?

Didn't they sort out the dash cluster contacts issues sometime in 1991? 
  I always figured that mileage was understated on the cars and looked 
to the drivers side B pillar for the replacement milage sticker;  even 
if I don't find it, I assume low milage means it wasn't properly 
documented.  I could be wrong?  Mine was replaced around 34k.
