[V8] hours to replace wires

Seriously, Costco is now offering and filling all tires bought and
mounted by them with nitrogen.
Less pressure loss when cold
Less leakage due to molecule size
Etc.

  I do all that every 500mi plus I change the air in the tires every
1000mi.  Sooner if I feel like it.
