Thank you everyone for all the advice I think my first course of action will be to play with the dimmer switch some more and see if it makes contact (although I've played with it alot already), then check fuse 14 b/c the glove box and license plate lights do not function, and then take the panels off to get a look behind the center dash. The only problem is that it is pretty darn cold and only supposed to get colder the next few days - what I'd do for a heated garage!!!!
