[V8] Hydraulic Fluid

This appears to be the only problem with DTE13M, at temp of 32F and
below it becomes fairly viscous, and takes a couple minutes to warm up
for normal steering. At 5 Deg F, it is very hard to turn wheel for 60
sec or so :-)) , been dam cold here lately!

Let me just add that "Chevron RYKON Premium 32" is a direct replacement
for
MOBIL DTE13M (which of course is our best guess for a replacement for
Pentosin
11s)
I went with the RYKON only because it is easier to get. It is the same
price as
the DTE13M. One possible advantage is that it comes in a lighter weight
as well
- RYKON Premium 16, for those of you who live in Alaska or Minnisota.

Then again... if it is -54 outside I think I would just stay inside.
