[V8] Breather Hoses

No - that hose (from head to head) already met an untimely demise and
was replaced with heater hose.  The hose I'm looking for attaches
underneath the drivers' side distributor and since it's so oddly
shaped, there didn't seem to be much of a chance at faking that one. 
I'm glad to know that the parts are still available (albeit special
order) - my biggest fear was that being a VW, er Audi that the parts
would magically disappear after 6 years or so...
