[V8] blue wire

It goes from the alternator, through t2q, a two pin plug in the engine 
compartment. Then, it goes to T14k pin 10. That is a Kostal connector in 
position 2, which is inside the drivers side kick panel. It is the second 
in, going from the door jamb toward the pedals. Then it goes to the 
instrument cluster, T26 pin 21. This is the white connector on the inst 
cluster.
