[V8] Breather Hoses

There are three crankcase breather hoses.  I've purchased all three from
Blau in the last year or so.  Audi Connection probably can get them for you
too.  Like all things Audi, they're way overpriced for the task they
perform.  It's the custom self-retainer ends, of course.  Some audifans
listers have reported using cheaper hoses with hose clamps.
