[V8] blue wire

Repair the Instrument Cluster. Good luck on that one. If you need help, 
check the archives for Ingo's repair. He has a pretty in depth article, and 
may have added it to the Knowledge base as well.

Mine does the same. Sometimes the wiring gets bad going to the front. Audi 
wiring :)

Mine does the same, but with 3rd gear. You can fix at the same time as the 
other.

Drill a small hole about 1/2 way down on the switch, and spray a good 
contact cleaner into it. I have fixed about 75% of attempted switches this 
way.
