[V8] cold idle speed/warmup?

If you could measure the signal sent to the IAC motor you would see that it is
more open than with a warm motor. The fact that it is idling at normal speed
says it is working.
Some cars do bump up the speed a little when cold. No idea why Audi did it this
way but don't worry about it.
