[V8] Still Freezing my Feet off...

Since you were just in there -

Did you seal the new core in place?
Did you plug the vacuum connector back together?

- make sure you got all the vacuum hoses back on

- use a hand vacuum pump and check that all vacuum motors are working as they
should and not jammed up or stuck

- check that the temperature flap motor is working. You can use the diagnostic
mode of the CC head to do this. You may also just try removing the flap motor
and makeing sure the flaps are not bound up.
A quick and dirty test is just to set the CC in auto and the temp at minimum.
The flap should move to one extreme position. Now set the temp to max and watch
the flap move to the other extreem. Do this with the engine off (key on) and you
will hear things moving inside the blower box assuming you have some reserve
vacuum in the system.
