[V8] Voltage on climate control head

I believe the voltage is as measured through the charging system and is
closer to alternator output voltage (give or take 1/5 v) or through that
same wire when ignition is on but engine is not running and alternator is
not charging. Can also be used to check for discrepancies between battery
voltage and read voltage, which can point to bad/corroded splice before
firewall or failing alternator.
