[V8] Voltage on climate control head

just remember with the type 44's about the dreaded splice :)
With the battery under the back seat, there is a splice under
the passenger side firewall carpet for that positive cable.
If you get a 13.7 at the jumpstart post and any less than say
13.5 at the battery post, the splice is getting corroded....
