[V8] Silverstars (long term impressions)

I'd have to check again, but I believe I had good luck with the relatively
inexpensive Sylvania Cool Blue on mom's first V8.  Whiter light than the
yellowish plain halogen bulbs and lasted at least as long as they were on
the car -- 13 mos?.

running light but $40 worth of bulbs should last much longer than that!
