[V8] Silverstars (long term impressions)

 I ran Silverstar lows/Cool Blue highs on my 1990 almost from the day I 
purchased it. Never had a blown bulb issue..in fact those same bulbs are in another 
local V8....4 years after I purchased them.

 I didn't see a brightness increase until I relayed the headlamps...what I 
did notice immediately was less glare on a wet road, particularly when using the 
high beams.
