[V8] Fuel guage

Mine reads 21 gal full, but I have been unable (or
unwilling - despite 60 mile trips on flashing "E" - to
get over 19.2 (or maybe 19.3) gallons into the car
when it is "empty".  On a related note, my car has
more problems than Michael Jackson has boys underwear.
 Car is over 110 degrees indicated at every stoplight,
leaking multiple fluids, creaking front suspension,
shot front brakes.....the list goes on and on and on
and on.....

Ah, the joys of Audi ownership....
