[V8] Re: Full Fuel Gage Reading

If you've ever had the fortune to stare at a V8 tank out of the car,
there is a big hole in the middle where the rear diff sits. The
shollower side looks like it could hold a gallon or two of fuel, however
this is unusable as the pump sits in the deeper part of the tank. Make
the 21 gallons is actual tank volume, but the 19.8 is usable?
