[V8] timing belt

Removing the front cover negates the need for $pecial tools, but you have to buy
some gaskets. From memory, you need a lower oil pan, front cover + an o-ring or
two, and the o-rings for the cam seal plate, and the rear distributor mounting
plates too if you want.
Overall, if you do the work your self, it is cheaper to remove the cover, plus
you get some new gaskets to replace old leaky ones. If you are paying labor it
may be cheaper to have the shop figure out how to R&R the seals.
