[V8] spark plugs - recommendations? and Distributor rotor type?

I'm running Autolite 103 plugs on both my 1990 V8s. Keith of Audiconnection made this recommendation and they have proven to be trouble-free. The stock application plugs originally on one car fouled up and made the car difficult to start. The problem resolved with the 103 plugs.

Quick look through the archives, and don't see much agreement on the
best plugs for the V8.

Bosch H7DC0 => stock application
NGK BU6-SFSZ => stock A8 application, recommended by a dealer for all V8
Bosch HGR7KQC => appears to be the Worldpac recommendation
multi-electrode.

Using the H7DC0 number, several cheap options appear, including Champion
Copper Plus plugs CHA304 and Autolite ASP103.

Any consensus? Anything I missed that works better? I'm looking for
something inexpensive but good; preferably stocked locally.

On a related note, is there an alternative source for the distributor
rotors? '93 4.2; are they set-screw or push on style?
