[V8] ISV and Hood Closing

... I checked and the link with the pictures was still active ... it
looks like the person who posted did get the part from Blau ... while I
tend to avoid Blau also due to their "bedside" manner, it does sound
like the have the part.  I zoomed in on the picture, while I can sorta
make out "Made in Germany" ... there was no detail on the VDO P/N ...
