[V8] Bottle of cold water on the sensor trick

If you're having the typical ignition reference sender issue of hard
starting when hot, a little cold water squirted toward the sender may
shorten your wait for it to cool enough to let you restart.   Just opening
the hood shortens the wait from 15 or so minutes down to maybe five.
